During his tenure at Colgate-Palmolive, he led the creation of the Global Premium Skin Health R&D Group, delivering innovation pipelines that shaped the future of premium skincare brands EltaMD, Filorga, and PCASkin. As Vice President of Innovation at Goodier Labs, he orchestrates groundbreaking solutions that enable high-performance skincare clients to thrive in a dynamic market.
Dr. Dillon holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Economics from Clark University, a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Northwestern University, and postdoctoral research from Princeton University.
